We learned the world's greatest stretch today. There were some grumbles along the way because we learned that isometric holds are difficult and mobility is important! #bdhspe #worldsgreateststretch

We've learned ground strokes, volley, simple serves, rules, and tennis scoring. It's been so fun! The round robin tournament finishes the unit out! #bdhspe #tennis

Student: " what do I have to get on this fitness test to pass?" Me everytime: "your 100%." Fitness test strategy 101: try your best. It should be an accurate description of what you are capable of doing on that day. #soapbox #fitnessassessment #noteasy #bdhspe
