A6 Make mental health and wellbeing a whole school focus. Create a Wellness team,ensure classrooms have safe spaces, run a Wednesday Wellness group for students or create a “staff spa” in an empty room so staff can find a calm space, too #ONedchat #BellLetsChat

A6 Step up when you see an injustice. Use language that does not diminish or stereotype those with mental illness. People in marginalized populations can’t fight stigma alone. We need to be the voice alongside them. #ONedchat #BellLetsChat
