Some GP's take symptoms seriously but sadly many don't. Women have been told they are "too young" to get #wombcancer or told their heavy bleeding is "normal". One even took a blood soaked pad to her GP & asked if that was normal! She was later diagnosed with stage 3 #BeWombAware
@WombCancerUK @Dianedanz @rcgp I am currently having tests for suspected womb cancer. My GP was great, but not all GPs are listening to women. Let's be honest, we know what is happening to our bodies and that's why we see our doctor. We don't want to be ignored.
