@biffbda It's been fun! My big advice would be to always be making things. Keep making things and challenge yourself to raise the bar with every project you do. Work to find your voice. Work to make things that are important to you. And don't let anyone tell you you can't! #biffchat

@biffbda I optioned a script at the beginning of the year that's an indie rom com. I'm very excited about it. I'm hoping to go into production on it within the year! It's Juno meets Atypical (that's our Hollywood pitch for it) #biffchat

@biffbda @LumpyThinkBox Not by choice haha I feel like most filmmakers are either working on a project or figuring out how to get their next project going. It never stops #biffchat

@biffbda haha it most definitely is, but I don't think social media is the enemy. I think it can be a great tool as long as you don't focus on it as your only means of contact with other humans #biffchat #adatein2025

@biffbda @DarrellMitchel7 @_adamduncan @MissDianaRose You learn by doing. Not having everything you need to make a film is not an excuse. Use your phone! Use anything and you can tell a story. FINISH it. So many stories start and never see the light of day. Finish and move on. Learn and keep going. #BIFFChat

@biffbda @CChenMTF @MissDianaRose @_adamduncan A greater investment in the arts in general in our country! Respect for actors, musicians, painters, storytellers of all types that enrich our lives & help us through the rough times. Investment in theaters, training. Outreach by those already successful in Hollywood #BIFFCHAT

@biffbda @MissDianaRose @DarrellMitchel7 @_adamduncan #representation behind and in front of the camera matters. #RepresentationMatters. Film should reflect our current society and open people's minds and eyes. #BIFFChat

@biffbda @CChenMTF @MissDianaRose @_adamduncan Q4 A2 @CChenMTF had a solid script + an amazing vision for Aya's story and @YaAlbiFilm & it was brought to life so truthfully by @MissDianaRose, @_adamduncan, @MaryThoma, @wanetah_ #BIFFCHAT

@biffbda @CChenMTF @MissDianaRose @_adamduncan Q4 A1 I feel like many films strive for deep emotional connections. It's a rare instance when Writing, Directing, & Acting come together & actually execute to the point where people's emotions are truly elicited. #BIFFCHAT

@biffbda @MissDianaRose @DarrellMitchel7 @_adamduncan I think the most problematic area I find is with #complexfemale characters and #diversevoices ... it is quite lacking in a lot of #films #biffchat

@biffbda @MissDianaRose @_adamduncan @DarrellMitchel7 For me, a great film must take you on an #emotionaljourney. It has layered, complex #characters dealing with #life #biffchat

I love @Lafilmprize it is unlike any experience. Very unique #FilmFestival. I have to say getting into our first #academyqualifying festival which was the @NOFS was pretty incredible. #BIFFChat https://t.co/UvUMc9IaT7

#biffchat @CChenMTF @YaAlbiFilm has been winning awards at most, if not all, of the festivals. Which has been the most inspiring moment for you and your team?
