SteamVRが起動していないときはスリープの設定にしているのですが、LEDずっとついてるのが気になる……

そして各種トラッカーの不安定挙動は全部USB3.0が原因でした！
2.0USBハブに繋げたらあっさり安定！

SteamVRの全USBデバイスを削除からデバイス刺しなおし2.4GHzWi-Fi無くしても直らず
WatchmanPairingAssistantで確かにドングルに一つずつペアリングしたのにダメ
