@frankpressus @incognito47777 @Tarion_ON @ONgov @RakocevicT .@fordnation had their chance to protect New House Buyers back in 2020 by rectifying the modus operandi of #Tarion with #Bill159, but instead chose to protect Big Money Builders just like past @OntLiberal chose. @JoelHardenONDP, just one of many @OntarioNDP called the truth out.

@onsinkin Yes, was a decision by Discipline Committee of Professional Engineers of Ont in June 2015 re a #Tarion -hired engineer, found guilty of professional misconduct, fined $25,000. Gave report not consistent with evidence at the site. I followed the case as an observer in 2014-15.

@CPBH01 On March 5th 2020 @RakocevicT @OntarioNDP stood during debate of #Bill159 and recounted Daniel's tragic experience with #Tarion. Four months later on July 14th 2020 #Bill159 was passed by @fordnation's @OntarioPCParty. Why? How? Were they not listening? Did they not care? #onpoli

@AndreaHorwath @fordnation is well versed at offering crumbs, especially to new Home/Condo Buyers, some who are left with very expensive repairs because of #Bill159 and #Tarion, who seem to take pleasure/profit at playing with the lives of their customers. #VoteFordOut2022 @RichardCityNews

@Make_It_Right When one buys a Newly Built House in Ontario it comes with a Warranty. When Home Owner reports a defect if Builder does not fix, the "Pros?" at #Tarion are supposed to step in to remediate issues before they grow, but not in this #mold case, then NDAs used to keep TRUTH buried.
