The fact that Redbubble won't admit what sets an account to "standard", and it seems to be accounts with many sales who were, seriously suggests something fraudulent is going on here.

Friendly note to everyone in the #BoycottRedbubble boat that TeePublic is owned by Redbubble and should NOT be listed as a recommended alternative.
Elaborating for clarity: my usual set profit margin is about 12%. The new @redbubble fees cut it down to 6-8%. The only way I'll get more than 10% of the selling price on a design I made is to increase my set margin, which inflates the price beyond saleability. #BoycottRedbubble
So @redbubble, which has ABYSMAL profit margins (I get $4 off a $30+ sale), is now going to take an ADDITIONAL 25-50% cut from those already meager earnings.
I've never linked my shop here, but I'm closing itβif you want something from @pothoslogos, order before April 24th.

Well, looks like Redbubble are about to lose a lot of artists and sales. The new fee is just an utterly insulting p*take.

The fees are completely absurd. It's 50% of sales for 99% of creators. Unless you want to charge $300 for a t-shirt, it's time to look elsewhere.
Now would be a good time for @payhip to find some print partners.
