Watching @nhra at @zMAXDragway when a car pulls through the lanes and in front of the tower. It’s unusual to see such a thing, so I said, “Does he think he owns the place?”
We then noticed it was Bruton.

It might be impossible to overstate the importance of #BrutonSmith to the growth of #NASCAR, for he truly was a visionary.
But the work of Humpy Wheeler alongside Smith cannot be overstated either.
