🚨 HSR em oleadas: finalização, cruzamento, corte e 3v2 depois do sprint
MD-3. Três dias antes do jogo.
Não é corrida solta. É high speed running com ação de jogo no fim.
O campo está dividido por função:
• meias perto de uma goleira
• atacantes do outro lado da mesma linha
• zagueiros à frente, perto da área
• jogadores de lado nas duas laterais
Distâncias do vídeo:
• laterais — 53 m
• corredores internos — 44 m
• eixo central — 45,8 m
Cada oleada começa numa estação e termina em chute, cruzamento, corte ou 3v2.
O ciclo se repete três vezes.
### Como a onda funciona
1. Meias e atacantes partem em sprint
2. A bola entra em condução, passe longo ou cruzamento
3. Zagueiros e laterais já estão prontos para cortar ou atacar o segundo pau
4. O lance vira 3v2 ou finalização sob pressão
5. Acabou a ação, a próxima onda já se organiza
O estímulo físico é o sprint de 40 a 53 metros.
O estímulo tático é o que acontece **no fim** desse sprint.
### O que o drill realmente treina
• HSR específico no MD-3
• Qualidade técnica depois da fadiga de velocidade
• 3v2 no último terço
• Decisão com o corpo já em alta velocidade
• Ação por função, não circuito genérico
O zagueiro não faz o mesmo gesto do ponta.
O meia não termina a série só correndo: ele chega para combinar ou finalizar.
### O lugar na série
Os outros exercícios ensinavam o que fazer.
Este ensina a fazer a mesma coisa depois de um sprint real.
O Bayern pedia o último gesto depois da fadiga.
O Dubai FC isolava o 3v2 em 3 a 6 segundos.
Aqui o 3v2 volta — depois de 50 metros.
O 10v10 pedia circular e depois acelerar contra a back four.
Este HSR treina só a segunda frase.
O 4-3-3 alto tenta impedir exatamente este tipo de oleada.
Se a rest defence 3+1 falha, o sprint nasce nas costas.
Rondo guarda a bola.
Passing relay instala o “passa e anda”.
Aqui o próximo poste virou a área, 50 metros à frente.

MD-3 é o dia clássico de alta velocidade.
Por isso este drill entra depois da posse e antes dos duelos finais.
### Resumo
Não é corrida com bola no fim para render no vídeo.
É distância marcada, estação por posição, repetição em ondas e decisão em contexto real.
Os rondos ensinam a guardar.
O bloco alto ensina a recuperar.
O fast attack ensina a matar o lance.
Este drill ensina a fazer tudo isso depois de correr 50 metros de verdade — que é o que o jogo cobra três dias antes da partida.

🟣 Visto el empate de ayer en Wrexham, puede ser considerado un buen punto para #BurnleyFC. Sufrió en exceso tras el gol de Amdouni, echándose atrás y siendo incapaz de defender el área de manera efectiva. Eso sí, igual que Weiss salvó varias, Sonne tuvo el 1-2 en el tramo final.
