9. It’s likely that the holders will prefer a deflating circulating supply by keeping the inflows to the treasury, from flat fees, higher than outflows through the auction portal (selling #CBLP for stablecoin). Note that the total amount of #CBLP are hard capped, like #ADA.

8. The holders of #CBLP has the power to utilize the stablecoin treasury. They also vote on the protocol parameters (fees, interest and such). Therefore they hold the power to control if the circulating supply of #CBLP outside the treasury should inflate or deflate.

2. The treasury of #Yamfore consists of one pool of stablecoin and one pool of #CBLP. The #CBLP treasury is used to sell #CBLP for stablecoin, which is added to the stablecoin treasury. When users open a loan position, their flat fee (in #CBLP) goes to the treasury.

2. Then you open your loan position, pay the flat fee of 19% in #CBLP, collateralize the loan with 200% worth of #ADA (in USD) and then you get your desired loan in stablecoin. 50% of your collateral in #ADA.

1. First you acquire 19% worth, of your desired loan (in USD), of #CBLP. If you want to buy at a discounted rate, you buy from the treasury through the protocols auction portal. If so, you pay in stablecoin and thereby help to supply the protocol with stablecoin.
