Great talk today by Dr. D. Thavendiranathan about Cardio-Oncology, specifically chemo-induced HF. Treatment is same as in CCS 2018 HF guidelines, except LVEF cut-off for treatment initiation is > 40%. Reason is to improve EF to > 50% ASAP, so that chemo can continue #CCPN2018
