The audit: they still hold an estimated 70,000 BTC. Forbes marks them near $3,700,000,000 each today. Facebook stock they sold along the way funded the whole position.
The settlement was designed to end them. It compounded 200x instead.

The ban adds to his 12-year prison sentence and $48 million forfeiture order from his December 2024 guilty plea.
The CFTC's original complaint alleged Mashinsky misrepresented #Celsius as "safe" while engaging in risky strategies.
