Today marks 18 years of the #RTI Act 2005. The @mkssindia & citizens of #Beawar are gathering at #ChangGate -the birthplace of the movement where in 1996 a historic 40 day dharna led to a law, & a robust movement. The RTI law is undermined. You can amend a law; but not a movement
