#ChartNotes #KWIL spent nine weekly bars in a 23% base, nothing unusual considering it had already rallied nearly 78% from its IPO base bottom. It then broke out above 39.45 with a strong weekly candle and volume, followed by a clean 68% expansion from the bottom of the first base before finally taking a breather. Now I’d luv to see some reaction here. its still young in its own price cycle imo. Otherwise, it may need either more time or a deeper price correction before the next leg up. If it shows a decent reversal setup, I’d love to trade it with a tiny stop. #CantStopLuvWidIPOs #Reversals

#ChartNotes 002 #PARAS In trading, few things matter the most: What to buy, when to buy, how much to buy, and when to sell. Today, focusing on the first two. Full credit to Davinder Khurana @iDavinderK for teaching these concepts and, more importantly, the thought process behind them. The core idea of momentum trading is simple: look for stocks with high demand, urgency, and low supply. Paras is a good example. A 100% move in 5 weeks signals strong demand and urgency, what we call a Lockout Rally. After that expansion, the stock entered an 8 week base with ~20.1% depth. The LHS was volatile, but the RHS has started tightening, making it a healthy base with clean promotion from the 888 base. Now comes the important part: where to enter? On the daily chart, two key entries stand out: Reversal Pivot: Early entry near the bottom of the base as selling dries up. Best R:R, but higher risk. Low Cheat Pivot: Later entry around the 10/20 EMA band, with some base risk already resolved. Volume is the clue. As the base matures, shrinking volume and tighter price action suggest supply is drying up. Then comes Line of Least Resistance (LOLR). Look left. Fewer trapped buyers above = less overhead supply = cleaner path. For Paras, ~1413.9 is an important level to watch. A strong volume breakout could open a cleaner path towards 1443. No pattern guarantees an upside move. Trading is about probabilities. Today, focusing on the first two.

This isn't a prediction that the stock will rally from here. It may go up, go down, or go nowhere. The objective is simple. Read the chart, understand the story, and let price decide the outcome. On the weekly chart, the left side shows a textbook Stage 4 decline with relentless selling, no respect for moving averages. That set the stage for a 71% Lockout Rally off the lows.

The stock then built a healthy base ,shallow enough to maintain momentum and urgency.

It has now cleared the 286.21 pivot and is trading within a constructive buy range of about 6%. It is neither extended nor exhausted.

Definitely a stock worth keeping on the watchlist.
