I like how @chicanostocracy ended a π₯ keynote saying that he wouldn't be sharing specific examples of this work in a library context, and the first audience question was asking for specifics. This happens all the time in LIS. There's no manual for this work! #CLAPS2020
And this applies to majority-minority institutions as well. Lest us not forget that even institutions with majority faculty & students of color can maintain this institutional white supremacy. I certainly see this at MPOW. @chicanostocracy #CLAPS2020
