@classpass change is hard bc you guys keep constantly changing things w/o warning! I would've thought $85M in series D funding meant you'd stop devaluing your product to consumers. Stop jerking us around, this strategy is destroying your brand value! #classpassfail #baitandswitch
@classpass Your #baitandswitch didn't prevent my ability to do math.
By your logic if I originally paid for 10 biz class tickets, then downgraded to economy but "can still take 10 flights"-that would be cool. #getreal #classpass #downgrade #badcustomerservice #classpassfail #fail
@mbrylawski @classpass @PayalKadakia @Fritzanity AGREED! Which is why I laugh at the copy/past response "We think #ClassPass provides a more seamless booking experience"- No one signed up for "seamless booking"- we signed up to have affordable fitness options, which hasn't been the case for over a year now. #ClassPassFail
@classpass . Remember back in 2017 when your CEO said no more price hikes? Let me remind you guys! https://t.co/5aKokh3Fq3 cc: @PayalKadakia @Fritzanity #classPass #classpassfail
