The Way clause 44 disclaimer is doing rounds.. I think Income tax will get confuse as to wether that clause remarks should be embedded in the form itself & we juts have to tick #clause44 of 3CD

As the Separate Audit provisions in GST act, than what's the logic of clause44 in Tax Audit form 3CD. Very difficult to separate reporting of expenses as per GST. Suspend or remove #Clause44 @IncomeTaxIndia @FinMinIndia @theicai @PIB_India @CNBC @ZeeBusiness

Clause 44 of Form 3CD was notified wef 20.8.2018 but kept in abeyance through circulars till 31.3.2022 Hence becomes applicable wef 1.4.2022(AY 2022-23) #Clause44 #Form3CD #IncomeTaxReturn #TaxAudit
