ICE detain 2 year old Canadian toddler for 51 days—more than double legal time allowed.
Another 3 year old child was locked up for 4 days—in holding room meant for detention under 12 hours.
"I don’t want to die here," 13 year old said in written testimony—held for weeks with no access to toys, activities, or schooling.
"We served a family with a 9 month old baby who lost 8.82 lb over a month’s time," reads another testimonial.
