If I love to work with an Organization that I have been crushing on for long. And I had the opportunity of getting the email of the HR Dept from one of there staff ..then I send me CV knowing fully well that there advert for vacancy. Is this a wrong move?

I know some people personally who have used this method and it has worked for them.
I would advice you beef up your research skills so you can have something to tell the gateman and send your CV in advance before paying them a visit to follow up

4.Cold Calling
Personally, I feel this method isnโt as effective compared to 20 years ago.
This is because recruitment has gone digital and security has become more strict.
However, I included it into a proactive job search method because

is a good step towards being proactive because they are likely to get briefs for different roles at various levels.
Asking your friends to refer you in their current place of work is a good way to access hidden job opportunities

3.Reach out to Recruiters/HR Professionals/Subject Matter Experts for REFERRALS
A lot of organizations donโt put out adverts for themselves rather they go through Recruitment Agencies/HR Consulting Firms.
