I often suggest to people doing code reviews to not only mention the things they want other devs to change or improve in their pull request, but also the things they particularly liked about it. "Thanks for refactoring X!", "That's a great way to do Y". Share the #CodeSmiles :)

Quite like @junitteam #Junit assumptions... In this example the prerequisite test is skipped when we are using a test-double rather than the real external dependency. Played around with the variable name for 'sayingWhy' and method names for extra #codesmiles...
