Just had a great meeting presenting @HeadstrongProj at the Intrepid Center on Camp Pendleton Marine base. Giving those that are reciving help on AD the chance to continue their recovery once they transition out without any Gaps in therapy #CombatingtheStigma #Gr8tMonday #StopGaps

Get helping is hard, especially since therapy is not necessarily tangible but I would argue having a better quality of life is worth getting help. You only need 1 good decision to a better path in life. #CombatingtheStigma #PTSDawarenessday @HeadstrongProj https://t.co/17hHgt44KB

We all have similar stories, some more alike than others but the biggest difference is how are you dealing with the after affects of trauma. Its ok to not be ok but its not ok to not get help. @HeadstrongProj can help & is only a few clicks away.#CombatingtheStigma #PTSDAwareness https://t.co/k9igRX72j5

This week in #FacesOfChange is our very own @StevenPadilla8 “I’ve been having more people from my unit reaching out to me and asking how they can get help because I was vocal about getting seen & getting mental health help myself.” ▪️ Hear the full story on our Instagram page!
