Many orgs. have their employees working from home due to COVID-19. However, are there policies in place to protect parents whos workplace still have them coming in but have no choice but to work from home because of their children? #COMS3500

Burnout in the workplace needs to be taken very seriously during this pandemic. The stress that comes with trying to stay healthy right now is a lot to handle, especially if you still have to put yourself at risk for your job. We must look out for one another #COMS3500

#coms3500 Involuntary membership is directly related to incarceration. Plenty of people are being wrongly inprisoned for crimes they didn’t commit unfortunately. They are under rules enforced against their will therefore, making them involuntary members.

We not only needs to make maternity leave for mother’s important in the workplace, but also paternity leave for fathers. We need to normalize the fact that fathers may need to take time off as well #COMS3500

#COMS3500 Men that are in power over organizations are overall taken more seriously when compared side by side to a woman in that same position. Although the notion of a “glass ceiling” has been abolished, this can still be seen as an issue.

Division of labor is a great way to look at our education system. Students would work best if the work was split amongst them and they were given a specific task. This would allow for a greater success rate within this org. #COMS3500 @SarahEJones_OU
