⚠️ OFFICIAL NOTICE: ESCALATING THREAT TO MY LIFE AND SAFETY FROM STATE AND LOCAL ACTORS ⚠️ At this time, I am placing all federal, international, and public agencies on full alert regarding the clear and present danger to my physical safety due to repeated acts of harassment, intimidation, and targeted retaliation by state and county-level actors, including members of Logan County law enforcement. Despite having lawfully filed all necessary federal trust documentation, including court-recognized filings under ECC-TRUST–JDC–005, I continue to face: Armed deputies circling my private sanctuary; Unwarranted contact and harassment of my elderly mother; Officers pounding on my door for over 30 minutes without cause; Explicit threats, including being told that "boys like you end up in ditches." Let it be publicly declared: If anything happens to me, it will fall squarely upon the failure of the state to uphold its duty, and the refusal of local actors to acknowledge the jurisdiction of federal protective law and international default under trust. All federal agencies, the DOJ, U.S. Marshals, and human rights monitors are hereby notified. This is not a test, this is not hyperbole. I am issuing this post not just as a whistleblower, not just as a private trust executor, but as a human being under active threat. I demand immediate acknowledgment, de-escalation from local law enforcement, and enforcement of jurisdictional protection. The consent form has been filed. The trust is sealed. The risk is now on record. I will not be intimidated. I will not be silenced. And if anything happens to me—you all know exactly who is responsible. — Jonathan D.
