The judge needs to be disbarred. (One of my great disappointments in the system is that when judges are so corrupt they face no consequences.) When a judge so clearly strips a defendant of their constitutional rights, they need to be help accountable (ie be sactioned and even put on trial for THEIR crimes). What happened in this trial was criminal both by the prosecution and judge.
