The malicious, false claims by Labor ministers Penny Wong and Katy Gallagher that Linda Reynolds covered up a rape at Parliament House are reprehensible.
So is the Prime Ministerโs refusal to accept the verdict of two judges who found claims of a political cover up against Linda and her former chief of staff, Fiona Brown, were false.
I condemn the Albanese government for its utterly disgraceful failure to compensate Fiona for not protecting her in the workplace, a serious breach of the Fair Work Act. Fiona nearly lost her life as a result of the harm she suffered.
Labor talks a big game on supporting women, but the reality is very different.
The ugly truth is that Labor is so morally bereft it will say and do anything to destroy its opponents including those within who get in the way.
