Lot of narratives around #Countyliners not being genuine victims.Clear too many in Police don't know how to identify #CCE victims b/c those seen as #lifestylechoicers *are* going on to being identified as trafficked victims.

@cs_mentoring It is a sad fact that when solutions are being discussed, they are centred around Police/LA. Those who have tried to access a mentor for #countyliners thro them will know the struggle that ensues. Mentors need to be the *first* early intervention. The rest is pointless paperwork.
@clay_steve 4.*If* sec 45 defence is being abused, it's likely by cat 2, though little evid if any this is in huge nos. This abuse is then seen as used by *all* #countyliners because they're all treated as *one* group w. no distinction drawn btw exploited/groomed & non. Dangerous territory.
