I wanted to test some of my #CrossOverKit load out while moving fast including some running.
I wanted something that would hold a firearm & 1 spare mag and that's it
I went with this "Mini Molle Placard" and the GP Slim for my G26 & one spare mag. Also works with the THICC pouch.
I attached a TQ holder and had just enough loop exposed to attach my @ToorKnives Serpent.
No need for a full Kit Bag.
Don't even notice it's there.
Should he make these and a pouch that zips open further? π π
@HillPeopleGear Added my favorite lightweight #CrossOverKit belt. A battle bet by @DMechanisms that I rigged up with pouches that can be used both tactically and recreationally.

I am becoming a bigger fan of belt kit every day since I first leaned about it.
It's what got me going on this whole #CrossOverKit idea where one, a civilian mostly, can use this stuff both recreationally and tactically along with scaling up or down (3 to 6 point Harness).
I like the @nixieworks LFR and if I didn't already have an SOE Butt Pack I might have bought their whole system. They have so many camo options. What I did get from them is their 6 point harness (you can customize the connection points) and love it.
One thing I've noticed though is they all have a very tall belt with a lot of padding. Obviously their R&D is/was far more indepth than mine but I'm finding using a traditional 2" belt (with 2" padding) to be sufficient allowing for more agility.
Belt kit is an awesome base but I still like a chest rig but micro in size like a HPG Snubby, 3 mag placard or my HPG recon rig.

Whether it's a day hike, searching for disaster victims or an AI patrol this set up allows you to use this LBE belt recreationally, for SAR or tactically without having to change a thing.
The front 2 Spud pouches can carry water bottles, radios, up to 3 magazines & a hook & loop holster which is an ambitious set up. Behind those, on the right is the bino pouch that could also carry NODs or use as GP. On the left the JSTA pouch offers endless uses. Here I have a radio and pistol mag with comms gear in the pouch. Next on the right is the multi tool pouch and on the left another SPUD pouch. For the rear which can take different size pouches from IFAKs to small, medium and large pouches, fanny packs or butt packs up to 6 columns.
Colors are mostly wolf grey and ranger green with a splash of Multicam.

Changed the #CrossOverKit LBE set up I had going.
I wanted to reduce weight & # of pouches to be built for speed. A set up universal to hiking, S & R & AO/AI patrols vs Scouting & self sustained overnights. Went from 6 to 3 point harness, downsized butt pack & removed 2 pouches

I've come full circle lol. Trying to find the ultimate #CrossoverKit to be used both tactically & recreationally considering so many brands I realized the simplicity of Ex Umbris designs was the best fit.
The @HighSpeedGear Phone Pouch can hold much more than just a phone.
