Did you know we have a "Cuddle Bed" It's the same size as a standard ward bed, slightly lower to the floor but at the touch of a button, can widen to a double bed, allow our patients to remain close to their loved ones. Sometimes a cuddle is the best medicine.💙 #cuddlebed

An amazing installation of the Umano Ook Snow ALL 'Cuddle' Bed yesterday at the lovely @mysaintmichaels Hospice in Harrogate. With the help of a local business, we are literally going above and beyond to get the bed into the Hospice. #cuddlebed @hospiceuk #everyoneneedsacuddle

Relatable! I slept on a cot next to/below my spouse's hospital bed many nights in his last months. My arm often went numb holding it up so we could hold hands in the night. This #cuddlebed would have made his final weeks less painful physically and emotionally. #widow #Palliative
