Greatland Resources (LSE:GGP) delivered a heavyweight Feasibility Study for Havieron, confirming a long-life, Tier-1 gold-copper mine generating 266koz Au and 9.6kt Cu a year at $1,610/oz AISC, with pre-tax free cash flow of $739m p.a. (or $1.2b at spot). The study outlines a 38.5Mt Ore Reserve for 3.3Moz Au and 128kt Cu—Australia’s largest underground gold reserve outside the majors—supporting a 17-year mine life. Pre-production capex is $1.065b, expected to be fully funded via $750m cash on hand, Telfer cash flows, and a $500m Tier-1 debt syndicate. Base-case economics show a $2.9b post-tax NPV5% and 22.5% IRR (rising to $5.4b and 31.5% at spot), with upside from co-processing with Telfer, resource growth beyond the mine plan, and the planned Telfer Hub scenario. First gold is targeted ~2.5 years after FID, pending FY26 approvals, positioning GGP for an integrated Telfer-Havieron platform with significant long-term expansion potential.@Greatland_GGP
First Class Metals (LSE:FCM) will attend Resourcing Tomorrow in London from 2–4 December, with CEO Marc Sale, Chair James Knowles and Company Secretary Siddharth Muricken meeting investors and partners at stand C30. The team will showcase drill core from three flagship Ontario assets: North Hemlo, where drilling is under way on multiple gold targets; Sunbeam, a historic high-grade vein district with under-explored zones; and Zigzag, a lithium/critical-metals project with high-grade Li₂O intercepts from 2023 drilling. The display offers investors a first-hand view of mineralisation styles and project potential, with management saying the event comes at a strong moment of momentum for FCM’s growing Ontario portfolio.@FirstClassMetal

SmartBuyGlasses—one of the largest independent eyewear platforms—will list Innovative Eyewear’s Lucyd-powered frames, broadening LUCY’s global reach. CEOs from both companies highlighted the natural fit between smart glasses and ecommerce, the reassurance of a mainstream brand like Reebok for first-time buyers, and the ability to pair stylish, familiar designs with integrated tech, strengthening the smart-eyewear category’s consumer adoption.@tekcapital
Blencowe Resources (LSE:BRES) released a DFS confirming Orom-Cross as a Tier-1 graphite project with standout economics: NPV10 US$1.087bn, IRR10 96%, AISC US$485/t and US$2.0bn free cash flow over an initial 15-year LOM. Phase 1 aims for low-capex, fast-track production in 1H-2027 (20ktpa concentrate), fully covered by existing non-binding offtakes, followed by Phase 2 expansion to 70ktpa concentrate plus 20ktpa of 99.95% USPG via an in-country beneficiation facility. Long-term scalability reaches 175ktpa concentrate and 80ktpa USPG, funded from internal cash flow. With only ~2% of the resource drilled, the project offers major upside, and Blencowe—supported by WaterBorne Capital—is targeting P1 financing by end-1Q26 via DFI, strategic and institutional partners, aiming to minimise plc dilution. The integrated mine-to-USPG model positions BRES as a rare ex-China supplier of battery-grade purified graphite, aligning with accelerating global demand.@BlencoweRes
Eurasia Mining (AIM:EUA) announced the completion of the detailed design for its open-pit copper-nickel-PGM-gold Monchetundra (MT) project in the Arctic, a major step toward construction under its EPCF contract with Sinosteel/Baowu. The Technical Project—now moving into final state approval—was delivered by Geolinvestproekt, drawing on testwork from Gipronickel, metallurgical studies by Mekhanobr Engineering, pit modelling and mine planning by Central Kola Expedition, and QA/QC review by Wardell Armstrong. MT hosts 1.9Moz PdEq reserves/resources (local standard) across two open-pittable zones, with a mining licence valid to 2038. Once approved, construction can commence with project financing embedded in the EPCF package, further strengthening EUA’s position as a first mover in the region and enabling development alongside nearby brownfield NKT infrastructure. CEO commentary emphasised MT’s increased value, imminent approvals, and the strategic relevance of Arctic metals supply.@eurasiamining
Lift Global Ventures (AQSE:LFT) acknowledged Cirata’s 28 Nov update confirming the FCA has closed its investigation into matters from May 2021–March 2023 with no action. Lift’s Executive Chairman David Richards, who was Cirata’s (formerly WANdisco) CEO during the period reviewed, welcomed the outcome, noting he cooperated fully as a witness and that the regulator’s decision confirms he acted appropriately. Lift says the closure brings finality and allows the company to move ahead with confidence as Richards refocuses entirely on Lift’s ongoing work.@LiftPlc
Polarean Imaging (AIM:POLX) announced that its FDA-cleared XENOVIEW 3T Chest Coil has passed full Philips compatibility testing, enabling use on Philips’ latest 3T MRI platforms — including the MR 7700 and Ingenia Elition X — from early 2026. The validation opens the door to widespread clinical adoption across Philips’ global installed base, broadening access to Xenon functional lung MRI and strengthening POLX’s commercial pathway. The coil’s integration reduces workflow barriers for clinicians and supports quantitative, non-invasive lung assessment in routine care and research. Management says this milestone materially expands market reach, accelerates adoption potential, and aligns Polarean with Philips’ strategy to enhance advanced pulmonary imaging capabilities.@PolareanImaging
Alien Metals (AIM:UFO) has conditionally agreed to sell 70% of its Munni Munni PGM Project (180km², West Pilbara) to GreenTech Metals (ASX:GRE), retaining 30% and entering a JV in which Alien is free-carried to completion of a bankable feasibility study. Consideration totals A$3.84m based on GRE’s last close, comprising A$500k cash and 47m GRE shares (with staged sell-down limits and 6-month escrow), subject to GRE completing a ≥A$3m placement and securing shareholder approvals. GRE will manage the JV and assume 70% of project obligations; it also holds a 12-month option to acquire an additional 10% for 20m shares. The wider 346km² consolidated district (including Munni Munni South and Whundo) gives Alien indirect leverage to nickel-copper-PGE potential while avoiding near-term capex. The deal aligns with Alien’s strategy of selectively monetising assets—following Elizabeth Hill—while progressing iron ore projects such as Hancock, Vivash Gorge and Brockman, and retaining free-carried exposure to both silver (30%) and PGMs (30%) through to key development decisions.@AlienMetals
Cornish Metals (AIM:CUSN) reported steady progress at South Crofty, where refurbishment of the New Cook’s Kitchen mid-shaft pump station (~360m depth) is nearly complete, enabling submersible pumps to be lowered to ~730m and dewatering to resume before year-end, targeting the lower level by mid-2026. Underground development has begun at No.1 level (~50m depth), delivering ~600m of lateral drives for skip-discharge and rock-handling infrastructure while serving as a training ground for new mechanised mining crews using modern equipment. On surface, phase-two excavation for the pre-concentration plant is under way, and construction of the new workshop/stores facility at the Bartles Foundry site is advancing to plan with steelwork up and cladding in progress for Q1-2026 completion. Mine Dry refurbishments are also progressing on schedule. CEO Don Turvey said the programme remains aligned with guidance following the Q1 fundraise, highlighting strong momentum across both development and construction as South Crofty advances toward becoming a major, high-grade tin producer.@CornishMetals
ECR Minerals (AIM:ECR) reported strong maiden RC drilling results from its 100%-owned Lolworth Project in North Queensland, confirming a near-surface gold–silver system across the Uncle Terry and Gorge Creek West prospects. Shallow intercepts included 2m @ 3.57 g/t Au, 5m @ 0.47 g/t Au, 4m @ 7.18 g/t Ag and 4m @ 3.33 g/t Ag, with mapping indicating silver mineralisation may be far more extensive than the drilled areas. The 28-hole, 1,058m programme is the first ever drilling in this part of the Lolworth Range and validates previous high-grade outcrop sampling. Management highlighted Lolworth as a high-priority growth asset, now upgraded to include silver as a target metal amid strong global pricing. Additional updates include Blue Mountain assays expected mid-December to support near-term production, the Raglan Project acquisition nearing completion, and Creswick JV negotiations progressing. ECR says the results underscore Lolworth’s scale and opportunity within a year of significant corporate and operational advancement.@ecrminerals
Delta Gold Technologies (AQSE:DGQ) began trading on the Aquis Growth Market today with a £5.9m market cap and 59,008,654 shares in issue, following a £2.5m raise at 10p via a Placing and Subscription, with 49.8% of shares locked up for 12 months. The company is developing IP for the quantum-computing sector using nano-scale gold and advanced materials, partnering with the University of Toronto’s nanotech/QC team to advance the technology, file patents and commercialise global licensing opportunities.@DeltaGoldTech
Versarien (AIM:VRS) announced it has filed a notice of intention to appoint Leonard Curtis as administrators, citing reliance on creditor support while pursuing last-chance asset-sale discussions. The NOIA protects the company from creditor enforcement for 10 working days, during which secured lenders may nominate an alternative administrator and Leonard Curtis will attempt to complete a transaction that could avert administration—though the board warns this may not be possible. Trading in VRS shares has been suspended from 7:30am, and non-executive directors Sir Iain Gray, Diane Savory and Susan Bowen have resigned with immediate effect as the restructuring process enters its critical phase.@versarien
Kodal Minerals (AIM:KOD) announced its first-ever shipment of Bougouni lithium concentrate, with 28,950 tonnes of 5.39% Li₂O spodumene loaded and departed from the Port of San Pedro on 30 November, destined for Hainan, China. LMLB — Kodal’s Malian mining subsidiary (49% owned) — will invoice 95% of cargo value immediately, expecting https://t.co/3yompxkqde$24m in initial payment. Over recent weeks, more than 30,000 tonnes of concentrate were successfully hauled ~880km from site to port, demonstrating a reliable logistics corridor, while the Stage 1 DMS plant has now produced 45,000+ tonnes since February. CEO Bernard Aylward said stronger lithium prices should lift realised revenues above US$930/t after grade and freight adjustments. Kodal highlighted the milestone as the beginning of revenue generation for Mali’s second lithium mine, with annual nameplate output targeted at ~125,000 tonnes at 5.5% Li₂O.@KodalMinerals

Funds will also support strategic M&A and JVs to broaden BSF’s bio-materials footprint. CEO Che Connon said the investment accelerates all subsidiary roadmaps and strengthens BSF’s capacity to acquire complementary technologies.@BSFEnterprise
Vast Resources (AIM:VAST) provided a detailed breakdown of its recent diamond tender, which sold 123,711.8 carats of lower-value stones at US$6.87/ct, including industrial, rejection-low, rejection-high, cleavage and low-quality gem material. A remaining parcel of ~135,139 carats of gem-quality stones (less ~2% boiling loss) was not included in the tender. The company emphasised that stone classifications are set by the auction house, values are the only meaningful metric, and high-grade stones previously achieved US$1,083/ct. Vast said the tender validates its ability to market diamonds — including premium stones — ahead of future sales events.@VAST_Resource
DAILY ROUNDUP Pre-Market Open
London equities look set for a slightly weaker open on Monday, with FTSE 100 futures pointing a touch lower as political pressure builds around Chancellor Rachel Reeves over claims she overstated a £20 billion budget gap, and as Asian markets deliver a mixed lead. Sterling softened a little, major currencies were steady, and the OBR’s admission that Reeves had earlier information on a smaller funding shortfall has prompted opposition calls for an FCA probe. Prime Minister Starmer is expected to defend Reeves while outlining plans to fast-track nuclear fuel projects. Wall Street ended last week higher, while attention now shifts to global PMI releases and eurozone inflation. In the US, Donald Trump signalled he has chosen a Federal Reserve chair—reportedly someone inclined toward rate cuts—and confirmed renewed contact with Venezuela’s Maduro amid escalating rhetoric. Asian trading was uneven: Chinese PMIs remained in contraction, Japan’s Nikkei slid on BoJ comments hinting at eventual tightening, and Australia’s manufacturing PMI moved back into expansion. Gold and oil edged up, and a busy corporate and economic calendar awaits with PMI updates across Europe and North America.

Conroy Gold and Natural Resources (AIM:CGNR) has closed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement raising £1.73 million at 10p per share, with each new share carrying a two-year warrant exercisable at 17p. The funds, sourced mainly from long-term North American investors including Ryan Matthiesen and Lowell Schmidt, will accelerate exploration at Conroy’s Irish “Discs of Gold” project and support working capital. Admission of 17.29 million new shares to AIM is expected on or around 9 October 2025, bringing total issued capital to 72.39 million shares. The “Discs of Gold” project spans two parallel gold-bearing trends over 90km anchored by the 517koz Clontibret deposit, with multiple additional high-potential targets and geological similarities to major systems in Australia and Atlantic Canada.@ConroyGoldplc
Cornish Metals Inc. (AIM:CUSN) has entered into an arrangement agreement to re-domicile from Canada to the UK, forming Cornish Metals plc, with completion targeted for December 2025 subject to shareholder, court, and regulatory approvals. The move, aligned with the company’s strategic investment from the UK’s National Wealth Fund, will simplify its structure, cut dual-listing costs, and enhance liquidity as it advances project financing for the South Crofty tin mine in Cornwall. Under the plan, shareholders will exchange every 10 existing Cornish Canada shares for one Cornish UK share, which will trade solely on AIM, while Canadian listings will be cancelled. The re-domicile requires 66⅔% shareholder approval and court sanction. CEO Don Turvey said the shift reflects the company’s operational focus in the UK and strengthens its position as a future Western tin producer. South Crofty, a permitted high-grade underground tin project with existing infrastructure, could become the only primary tin producer in Europe or North America, supported by strong UK government and community backing.@CornishMetals
East Star Resources (LSE:EST) has reported encouraging results from its Snowy epithermal gold target in Kazakhstan, where recent mapping and rock chip sampling have identified a vein system with surface gold grades up to 1.44 g/t. The veins, traced over 100 metres and open to the north, fit a low-sulphidation epithermal model with geological similarities to major global deposits such as Round Mountain, Silicon-Merlin, Fruta del Norte, and Pajingo. CEO Alex Walker said the updated model suggests potential for a large gold system at depth, where the ‘boiling zone’ could host higher-grade mineralisation. The Snowy veins, composed mainly of quartz with minor pyrite, cut altered volcaniclastic units and present an attractive exploration target as East Star advances its understanding of the project.@EastStar_PLC
Fusion Antibodies (AIM:FAB) has secured a new multi-target Integrated Therapeutic Antibody Services contract with the Antibody Centre of Excellence of a leading European-based global pharmaceutical company under an existing Master Service Agreement. The project involves humanising a family of VHH antibody fragments and includes expression, purification, and supply of research materials, with expected revenues of at least £175,000 within the current financial year. CEO Adrian Kinkaid said the win highlights Fusion’s growing reputation for world-class antibody engineering and its strategy to secure larger, more stable partnerships with major pharma clients while leveraging proprietary technologies like OptiMAL® to drive sustainable growth.@FsnAntibodies
Hamak Strategy (LSE:HAMA) has reported strong initial drill results from its 65%-owned Nimba gold project in joint venture with First Au (ASX: FAU), which is funding the 3,000m programme. Hole FADD25-001 intersected 29m at 0.97g/t Au from 49m, including 23m at 1.15g/t Au with grades up to 4.1g/t, and a deeper zone of 8m at 2.55g/t Au from 130m, including 2m at 8.37g/t Au. The results confirm mineralisation continuity at depth from Hamak’s earlier 20m at 7g/t Au intersection, with mineralisation remaining open. Executive Chairman Nick Thurlow said the wide intersections validate the depth extensions of the discovery and mark an encouraging start to the fully funded programme, with assays for holes FADD-002 and FADD-003 pending.@GoldHamak
ANGLE plc (AIM:AGL) has appointed Dr Jan Groen as Executive Chairman and unveiled a new strategic direction, including a proposed name change to CelLBxHealth plc (ticker: CLBX). The shift focuses on strengthening its position in circulating tumour cell (CTC) intelligence, accelerating commercial progress, and tightening cost controls to achieve sustainability. Dr Groen, an oncology diagnostics veteran with turnaround experience at MDxHealth, will lead efforts to build collaborations and partnerships in proteomics and genomics using the company’s Parsortix platform. The rebrand reflects a sharper focus on liquid biopsy-based precision diagnostics. ANGLE retains a cash runway to Q1 2026 but expects to raise funds in the coming months once cost structures and funding requirements are finalised.@Parsortix
Eco Buildings Group (LSE:ECOB) has entered the Canadian market with its first order — a two-storey, 130 sqm modular loft showhouse to be shipped from its Albanian factory to Toronto. Sold at €600 per sqm with the client covering shipping, the project will act as a national demonstration hub for regulators, government bodies, and developers to validate Eco’s GFRG modular housing technology. Once certified, the showhouse is expected to precede a major local development and mark the launch of Eco’s plan to establish a dedicated Ontario factory for large-scale, sustainable housing production. Executive Vice Chairman Dr Etrur Albani said the project is a breakthrough moment that positions Eco Buildings to help address Canada’s need for 3.5 million new homes by 2030 through rapid, affordable modular construction.@ECOBPLC
Kenmare Resources (LSE:KMR) has begun commissioning its upgraded Wet Concentrator Plant A (WCP A) at the Moma Titanium Minerals Mine in Mozambique, following the successful connection of two new dredges and a new feed preparation unit on 2 October. COO Ben Baxter said production will ramp up through Q4 with full capacity of 3,500 tonnes per hour expected by year-end, keeping the company on track to meet 2025 guidance. The $341 million upgrade, including new desliming circuits and a tailings facility, prepares WCP A for mining in the large Nataka ore zone, which holds around 70% of Moma’s resources and will underpin production for over 20 years. The transition from Namalope to Nataka will begin in late Q2 2026 and take roughly 18 months, with a Q3 2025 production update due on 15 October.@KenmareRes
Sunda Energy (AIM:SNDA) has secured 37.5% working interests in two offshore exploration blocks, SC-80 and SC-81, in the Sulu Sea, Philippines, through the BARMM 1st Conventional Energy Bid Round, alongside partners Triangle Energy (37.5%, operator), PXP Energy (12.5%), and Philodrill (12.5%). SC-80 holds significant contingent gas resources estimated at up to 2.5 Tcf (3C) and Pmean prospective resources of around 10 Tcf, while SC-81 contains multiple anomaly-supported prospects identified on 3D seismic data. Initial work over two years will include seismic reprocessing and geological studies under favourable fiscal terms. CEO Dr Andy Butler said the awards mark a major step in Sunda’s Southeast Asian gas strategy, providing exposure to large-scale, low-cost exploration upside and potential farmout opportunities.@SundaEnergy
Pantheon Resources (AIM:PANR) has successfully completed 25 hydraulic fracture stimulation stages at its Dubhe-1 well on Alaska’s North Slope within eight days, marking a key operational milestone for the project. The 15,800 ft well includes a 5,200 ft lateral section entirely within the SMD-B reservoir, with full placement of water and sand achieved and no safety incidents reported. The company will now drill out plugs, install production tubing, and connect the well to a temporary testing system ahead of flow testing. Chief Development Officer Erich Krumanocker said the efficient execution boosts confidence in achieving the upcoming flow test objectives for the Kodiak and Ahpun developments.@PantheonResour1
Oxford BioDynamics (AIM:OBD) and the University of East Anglia have developed the first highly accurate blood test for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), achieving 96% accuracy (92% sensitivity, 98% specificity) using OBD’s EpiSwitch 3D genomics platform. Published in the Journal of Translational Medicine, the breakthrough provides a fast, reliable diagnostic alternative for a condition affecting 400,000 people in the UK and millions globally, which has long lacked definitive testing. The test identifies unique epigenetic DNA folding patterns in ME/CFS patients, offering biological insights that could inform targeted treatments. OBD plans to partner to co-develop or license the test for clinical rollout and sees potential to extend the approach to diagnosing post-Covid syndrome (long Covid). The company’s EpiSwitch platform has previously delivered successful blood-based diagnostics, including the 94%-accurate EpiSwitch PSE prostate cancer test.@OxBioDynamics
