#Day2_ Hành trình 100 ngày tự học Hoàn thành khoá “Successful Negotitation” và đây là những gì mình đúc kết và áp dụng vào lĩnh vực Crypto_ Nếu bạn non-tech và thậm chí là trade tệ như mình, nhưng vẫn có một công việc tốt, mức thu nhập đáng mong đợi và cơ hội thăng tiến cao trong lĩnh vực Blockchain này: 1. “Khéo ăn khéo nói_ Có được thiên hạ” Từ thời cha ông ta đã được dạy. Trước tiên là phải học ăn, học nói. Vì vậy mà trong tất cả những phi vụ thành công, người kết nối_ thương thảo để tạo ra mạng lưới đối tác chính là mắt xích quan trọng nhất của một bộ máy. Vì vậy, kỹ năng đầu tiên ta cần học, đó là “Nói chuyện_đàm phán_thương lượng” 2. Luôn có BATNA trong mọi cuộc thương lượng BATNA = Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement – tức là phương án thay thế tốt nhất nếu đàm phán thất bại. Không có BATNA, bạn sẽ dễ rơi vào thế yếu và chấp nhận thỏa hiệp không cần thiết. 3. Chuẩn bị cho cả tình huống “Dispute Resolution” Không phải cuộc đàm phán nào cũng suôn sẻ. Có những lúc phải giải quyết tranh chấp – và khi đó, bình tĩnh, trung lập, lắng nghe và tập trung vào giải quyết vấn đề là chìa khóa để đi qua bão tố. 4. Đừng cố thắng trong một cuộc đàm phán: Mỗi bên trong cuộc đàm phán đều có một mong muốn lợi ích riêng. Kết quả win-win mới là đích đến cuối cùng. Thái độ làm việc nghiêm túc và sự chân thành luôn là điểm cộng lớn nhất. Nếu bạn đang hoặc muốn giữ vai trò đòi hỏi nhiều kỹ năng mềm, hãy đầu tư nghiêm túc vào việc học cách: Nghe đúng – Hỏi đúng – Và đưa ra lựa chọn đúng. Tu bi còn ti niuuuuuu 🚀
