👣The 1st round that @opencivics ran as a Gitcoin Community Round was aimed at bringing #DECIV into the #gitcoincommunity and collective awareness as a field of applied research that leverages #web3 in the design of civilizational systems.
In its 1st round, @opencivics ended up distributing about $25K, with individual projects receiving $1K - $3K in matching funds. For #GG20, OpenCivics is aiming to select the same number of projects as in GG19 (+/- 16), but with more than double the matching funds available. 💸
