This letter is dated September 8, 2020. Funding was temporarily secured (for this year only👀), but here it is October 15, 2020 and the #Big3 who were appointed by DABRAC continue to work for free and haven't been placed in the roles officially by the union. #DecolonizeD19

Truth. Those who don't wish to oppress, fight against oppression. It's as simple as that. They don't prioritize and weaponize policies, procedures, and the constitution to exclude members trying to build an anti-racist, anti-oppressive union. They just don't. #DecolonizeD19

What did they say? How did they receive our recommendations? Why is all of this shrouded in secrecy? Where's the transparency? Why does this still feel like a top down model rather than a collaborative approach by two equal governing bodies? #DecolonizeD19
