#DelayRepay is something of a scam. My Mum & I were delayed by FOUR HOURS going to Glasgow. I spent ages on the site uploading information & tickets.
Automatic response says no deal, you were only delayed by a minute.

Their #DelayRepay is so easy to use. I’ve never had any hassle and have been reimbursed for everything from a cancelled train down to a 15 minute delay.
Absolutely shocking service from @WestMidRailway today with 0824, 0924 and 1024 from Worcester Foregate St to University and Birmingham New Street all cancelled.

🔧Our engineers have now fixed the fault with the signalling at #LondonVictoria and lines have now reopened.
🚆Trains are running to / from London Victoria but may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 minutes or revised whilst the service recovers. Major disruption is expected until the end of the day.
