So PayPal has quietly put back their $2500 fine on people for “misinformation.” They just waited for the attention to die down and then put it back in their terms of service. Wow!
PayPal just put the $2500 fine back in their ToS after claiming 1st time was an accident. Stocks went back up after announcing Amazon would take #Venmo (PayPal owned).
