In the US we saw how relatively small entry by iRealEstate pushed up prices in 2021.
Btw this doesn’t happen with widgets for all the #DensityBros

My overseas bank will lend to me at 0.25% while your local bank lends to you at 1.5%. We both got leverage but yours is 6x more expensive.
