The most shocking thing about this list isn't that Britain's debt is rising faster than almost every country on Earth.
It's that British taxpayers are still sending foreign aid to many of these countries while our own finances are spiralling out of control.
We're told there's no money for pensioners, roads, policing or public services, yet billions can be found for virtue signalling projects overseas.
Foreign aid should be the first thing cut.
