Kenya Power has partnered with NYS to conduct a countrywide exercise to collect data on all pre-paid and post-paid meters.

To confirm the identity of the NYS officers:
1. Dial *977#
2. Select Jua For Sure option
3. Select the “Contractor” option
4. Enter the Officer’s Identification Number (ID)
You'll get a message confirming the identity of the officer

To Identify the NYS officers involved in the exercise, they will be dressed in their uniforms and will be required to, at all times, display a card bearing the KPLC/NYS logos, names and identification number.
