The story how we uncovered a blind spot in the client's strategy
Recently, one medical service approached us to increase users through design. We managed initial research (a.k.a. Workshop) to analyze the product to its core. It turned out the root problem lies not in graphic solutions, but within the business/product/marketing. Then we developed a viable strategy to achieve the client's OKRs. If we followed the first plan, we would have just tried to patch these gaps with design and exhausted the budget.
