I see octopuses quite often when I go snorkeling, but usually >3m deep, v narrow bandwith of sunlight can reach, removing all color. The other day I saw one on a rock just few cm from surface, full spectrum of light. It flashed at me the most intense colors. Blew my mind ππππ§‘
