In the latest session of D&D: Party comes across meteorite crash site. Approaches it only to have a dragon drop in and say if they want the rock, they have to fight the dragon first. Party was torn b/c it looked strong... The Dragon: #DnD #dungeonsanddragons #DMstuff

Me, holding on to character quests for 6-8 months and then dropping the dramatic hook in the form of an elaborate divine vision in the last 5 minutes of the session: #dmstuff #dungeonsanddragons

Creating NPCs to tie “I, Strahd: Memoirs of a Vampire” into my Curse of Strahd campaign. This is Fortuna; her role is to expand upon the history of Castle Ravenloft and the Area prior to Strahd’s rule. Also to assert that he WAS in fact human once #dnd #cos #dmstuff

Ran another successful #DnD session with @DishkittyStudio @jevchance @dasone77 and their girls! Getting better at this #dmstuff... They spoke to a bunch of townsfolk, negotiated with a banshee AND defeated some giant spiders! We also pointed at stuff with a big finger. 😁

This summer has been BUSY but I’m going to organize and make myself post more about my projects. Here is a map series I drafted for my upcoming (and super tiny) Pathfinder campaign! Feel free to use for your own gaming purposes! #dnd #pathfinder #dmstuff #art #maps #lorebuilding

At lots of point in our game when my players are about to do something risky, they'll ask me things like "can I do this?" And I simply reply with "you can try" with a smirk. In result they'll usually start thinking that im conspiring something. It feels AMAZING! #dnd5e #dmstuff

One round = about 6 seconds. Which means when a PC rolls for attack it doesn’t have to mean they only attack once in the 6 seconds. Consider describing a PC and an enemy dramatically clashing several times before one gets the better of the other #dnd #dmstuff
