Haemorrhagic stroke Treatment of this type of stroke is different in that , the aim is to stop the bleeding . This type of a stroke can be caused by taking blood thinning drugs such as warfarin . These drugs will need to be stopped and other medication can be started #WSD18

If blood pressure, blood sugar or blood cholesterol are raised then treatment will be started to control these. If Atrial fibrillation(irregular heartbeat)is found then blood thinning medication can be started. The famous old treatment is warfarin. Nowadays we have New Oral drugs
