@chrisadonnelly @BBCNolan @SuzyJourno A classic example of bias by omission framing the #DominantDiscourse and #ManufacturingConsent is what BBCNI is all about.

Far too many peeps bitching about people that #DoNotExist on public forums; must consider if they are on #TeamThem trying to make these simulated characters appear real. Simulations trashed with #DominantDiscourse that points out fallible & corrupt character traits has PURPOSE!

@JoonasKiviranta KAIKKIEN valkoihoisten etuoikeutta ja kollektiivista syyllisyyttä rummutetaan mediassa, taiteessa, politiikassa, urheilussa, akatemiassa, muodissa, somessa jne. Polvistukaamme. #DominantDiscourse https://t.co/6hMuusRaF5

"Modernin taiteen ja tieteen paradigmat ovat kolonialistisen ajan luomuksia, elitistisiä, eurooppakeskeisiä ja valkoisia." -Tämä kommentti kuvastaa aikaamme. Hirveä syyllisyyden tunne 😂😂 Olisi pitänyt odottaa, että afrikkalaiset ehtivät kuuhun ensin? #Tiede #taide #kulttuuri

A student asked me today "why do museums always focus on royals?" Made me think of my own #museumpractice. How can I #decolonize my #teaching? Want to hear from you of your #effective #strategies highlighting the #subtext rendering apart the #dominantdiscourse. #museummonth

Well, for starters I might be focusing on Indian Youth but I am contributing towards #scholarship on #globalchildrenandyouth. As I learned in the classes @childhoodruc my participation is an important #counternarrative to the #dominantdiscourse on #childhood.
