I use your company every day to send parcels. I think it is maybe time to make the switch to @DPDgroup_news as they seem to be able to send next day and give the customer a time slot. #Useless #Parcelforce #DontUseParcelforce

DO NOT USE!! If posting overseas @parcelforce Charge excessive fees for global express 2/3 day service, only to be told now that it ain’t so express..but don’t stop them charging full price still! @BBCWatchdog #shouldhaveuseddhl #lessonlearnt #dontuseparcelforce
