@mdcohen Worth noting #DoubleVANOS was created for eta or turbo like torque without the tradeoffs. They were very proud of achieving 80-90% of peak by 1500 whether on this or the M5’s mill. It was a trend at the time, before they went higher winding Honda #N52 then truck again with #N54.
