Some #DraftNotes on Tai Felton: Catches 300+ machine-thrown tennis balls a day. He's spent off-season training with former NFL WR Jordan Matthews and free agent DB Erik Harris. This summer, Felton, recorded a 40.5" vertical.
#DraftNotes: DJ Burns of NC State was the 3rd ranked HS basketball player in South Carolina in 2018. The two players ranked in front of him were Zion Williamson and Ja Morant.
Got texts from a GM, Ass't GM, and college director within an hour of posting this on Friday night. NFL interest in D.J. Burns is a real thing.
#DraftNotes: Michigan LB Junior Colson and Duke IOL Graham Barton both played at Ravenwood High School in Brentwood, Tennessee. Barton played OT & DE. Colson played LB & WR. Colson graduated in 2021 & Barton graduate in 2020.
#DraftNotes: UConn RG Christian Haynes started 49 games for the Huskies in his career. Competed and had a strong week at the @seniorbowl . In addition to football, he also wrestled for one season. His brother, Marcus, signed as a UDFA to the Denver Broncos last year. One of my favorite players in the class this year.
UConn RG 64 Christian Haynes is a bad man. This is terrific

As a freshman, he threw the shot put 41'4 and ran the 60-yard dash in 8.35 seconds. Struggling to find track shoes for his size 18 foot, his high school coaches reached out to the University of Wisconsin for a thrower shoe his size.
#DraftNotes: Washington OT Troy Fautanu played volleyball in high school. His serve % was 86.7, kill % was 56.4% and he had 65 total blocks.
Prior to playing volleyball and becoming an OL in football, he was a fullback on his little league football team.
idk man the more I watch of Washington OT Troy Fautanu, the more I feel like he can play tackle in the NFL. Fast hands with quick feet.
#DraftNotes: Washington OT Roger Rosengarten was a former basketball player in high school. He averaged 15.6 PPG and 7.6 RPG as a junior. Also, his high school football coach was Ed McCaffrey.
He had a strong week in Mobile! I’m excited to see him test next week!
One name you'll be hearing more as draft process moves on is Washington's Roger Rosengarten.
Athletic redshirt junior started all 28 games at right tackle (lefty QB @themikepenix blindside) past two years because likely first-rounder Troy Fautanu was at left tackle.
Many OL struggle flipping sides at @seniorbowl but Rosengarten looked natural. Consistently clean reps like this👇got attention of NFL evaluators, who now feel @roger_73r is athletic enough to play on left side as pro.
Rosengarten, a fringe Top-100 pick off fall tape, probably moved himself into Round 2 conversation after Mobile. 📈
This year's tackle class is even deeper than most people realize.

Started my 2024 evaluations with Joe Alt. Can concur that he moved better than expected.
Some #DraftNotes on Alt:
Joe is a former TE turned OT. Only 20 years old. His brother, Mark, currently plays in the NHL for the LA Kings. His father, John, was 1st round pick to the Chiefs in 1984.
Finishing up studying Notre Dame LT Joe Alt.
Listed at 6'8 315 pounds. Alt moves better than expected for a man of his stature and build. I did not expect him to be in a 3pt stance. I need his verified arm's length though. #RoadTo2024
#DraftNotes: Texas WR Xavier Worthy is a junior WR that's listed at 6-1 and 164 pounds. Dude can fly. Ran high school track and field. PR for the 100-meter dash was 10.55 seconds. Watch him on this clip layout for the catch. We can go ahead and circle his name. #HookEm
#DraftNotes: Kansas State RB Deuce Vaughn goes by the nickname Deuce but his real name is Christopher. His PR in the 100m dash was 11.29 seconds.
His father, Chris, is an NFL scout for the Dallas Cowboys. He also spent 18 seasons as a college assistant coach at Arkansas, Texas, Memphis and Ole Miss.
