#UDRP split decision on #drivemad3.io and #drivinggames.io. The Complainants Fancade AB and Poki B.V. own the #DRIVEMAD trademark, registered as an EUTM and International Trademark in 2024 for online gaming, with the US designation disclaiming the words "drive" and "mad" separately. The Respondent did not file a Response. The Panel ordered transfer of https://t.co/SPiardwuUq, finding the mark clearly recognisable and the #domain used to host a copy of the Complainants' game with monetising ads. However, the Complaint against https://t.co/apEemH951i was denied at the first element, as the Panel held DRIVE MAD was not recognisable in the Domain Name where only the first four letters "driv" were shared, and the Complainants, though given a specific opportunity, advanced no arguments on confusing similarity for this Domain Name.
