I spot an outlier with an especially poor ROI... 90% of our nat'l #healthcare spending is allocated to medical care, which only accounts for 10-20% of health outcomes. #DriversofHealth account for up to the remaining 80-90%. We're paying for the wrong thing. #Prevention

@Hassanah2017 @JohnGorman18 @RasuShrestha @sacjai #DriversofHealth...they are more than social. These systemic factors are social, environmental, economic, etc. And they aren't all predetermined. They drive health & QoL outcomes, they don't "determine" them.
