She is partially sighted, totally people-centric & according to her Romanian fosterers, “simply adorable”. Ducessa was rescued from the street but is used to living in a home environment & is house trained, during winter she lived indoors, but now the weather is good she spends a lot of time in the garden. Ducessa lives with other dogs & is happy in their company, she does prefer slow introductions & calm, kind, friendly dogs (sounds like a sensible girl). She is also good with cats. For Ducessa people are her real love. She lights up with her humans & her tail is always wagging, she is very bonded with people, so prefers it when they are around. Like many dogs she may take time to settle in a new environment & politely requests that her adopters don’t leave her alone too long until she feels confident in her new home.
