#Dynastic politics in Pakistan needs to be eliminated as a matter of urgency. This system has become a burden on the country, through which often #incompetent, #corrupt, and #less-educated individuals reach positions of power and key offices merely on the basis of #family connections. This trend has become a major cause of institutional weakness and continuous decline in the state system.
It is a harsh reality that in a country like Pakistan, where there are highly #educated, #skilled, and #honest professionals such as masters, PhDs, judges, lawyers, engineers, MBAs, CAs, and others, the system often ignores merit and instead elevates less educated and unqualified individuals to positions of authority.
If this continues unchecked, #Pakistan will keep moving further towards decline and institutional fragility.
