While spending #EAMayTerm learning from eight historical movies, Hollywood and History teams earned "money" through assignments to start up their own production studios! 'The Pharaoh of Rome' team earned the best film trailer prize and 'The Rise of the Han' team won overall. 🎥

In Cuciniamo E Mangiamo, it was Iron Chef competition day! The group split into two teams (boys vs. girls) and went head to head by making three homemade courses in three hours. The secret ingredient? The knowledge that they learned all week! #EAMayTerm
A visit to Sun Moon Lake, a gondola ride to the Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village, checking out Kaohsiung City street art, beach time at the southern tip of Taiwan, and a visit to a cocoa farm made up the last few days for the Taiwan #EAMayTerm group!
The Australia #EAMayTerm group has been on the move! They recently saw 5 “salties” (saltwater crocs) on the Daintree River, enjoyed a breathtaking view from Cape Tribulation, took the scenic railway up to Kuranda, and held koalas & fed kangaroos in the wildlife sanctuary!
On their last few days in Copenhagen, students visited Rosenborg Castle, learned about sustainability and Danish culture, as well as got to enjoy the famous Tivoli Gardens theme park in København. “An amazing trip!” they said. #EAMayTerm
Over the long weekend, the Spain group has stayed active breadmaking and pottery making, glamping and swimming in hot springs, visiting the Alhambra and a paleontology exhibit in Granada, taking a flamenco dancing class, and hiking at Caminito del Rey ⛰️. #EAMayTerm
Cupcakes, anyone? 🧁 In the Seriously, Dough #EAMayTerm, student bakers put their skills to the best by whipping up an incredible 1,000 mini cupcakes for the EA community to enjoy–YUM!
Though the Taking It to the Streets students are back from NOLA, their performances are far from over! Today, the group sang at GW Childs Elementary School in Philadelphia and then stopped at Reading Terminal Market for a bite to eat and a pop-up performance. #EAMayTerm
After learning about the Paoli Massacre, a 1777 battle of the American Revolutionary War, students in Defining Independence had the opportunity to visit Paoli Battlefield. #EAMayTerm
¡Qué delicioso! 🌶️ As the Latinx Identities in Philadelphia #EAMayTerm made traditional Mexican salsa, traditional Chilean Pebre, and a Latin/Asian fusion mango salsa today, students explored the similarities and differences in cuisine and tools (and had fun taste testing)!

Taking It to the Streets is singing their hearts out in NOLA! So far, the group has done a pop-up performance at the airport, held a concert at the St. Louis Cathedral in Jackson Square, sang on the street, and performed at St. Martin’s Episcopal School. #EAMayTerm
